My husband is bald so we sent a sample from his underarm. I was sceptical, but I shouldn't have been. Great result

I brought a pet one so decided to do one myself, ordered separately but came together quickly.I got a bit muddled doing mine (dogs was fine) they send you a qr code to go on the info card and the bag the send you for the hair sample. I somehow ended up with the qr code for my hair sample and the sample in the postbox. I’d put stamp on envelope for both dog and my sample but really I could have put them in an envelope together. I was worried about the qr code so found the company online and emailed them explaining what I’d done. They must have 100s of samples a day but the told me they would look out for my sample and let me know when it arrived and make sure sample stays with info card and it gets tested. I wasn’t sure this would happen BUT it did they emailed me when sample had arrived and emailed me this morning to make sure I’d received these results and my pets results from a separate order - can’t ask for more than that. My advice though check you’ve followed all the steps correctly.

I liked that the kit was delivered quickly, instructions were clear and a postage paid 1st class return envelope was supplied.What I don’t like and would not recommend anyone to buy this unless they are happy to wait for their results (I’m still waiting for mine) is the time it takes to return the test and the results to come back.After querying the delay I was asked if I had sent it back as tracked, which I hadn’t as they supplied a first class pre paid envelope.Sent it back 1st class on the 13th, now the 19th and no sign of my test being delivered to them.I do understand Royal Mail has its own issues but if you are required to send the test result back as tracked and recorded then I would suggest they don’t include a rerun envelope.

Sent for my son which he said was really easy to do and follow. Did take a bit of time to come back but when did was sent a thorough and detailed report. Overall would recommend to do.

It came nice and quick. I found it easy to follow instructions and results came back quickly. Happy with purchase

,we bought this to test our son for a nut allergy, after he had a reaction after eating nuts,We had to take a sample of hair ,then send it off in the envelope, after 10 days, the results came back ,According to this our son is allergic to everything!!Don’t rely on this ,as it’s not accurate, see a specialist.

So easy to use, and great value for your money. I did a test a few years ago, and it’s really interesting to compare the results and see what sensitivities came up this time!

Really easy to use, took a sample sent it in and got results by email the next week. I already knew a couple of items on the list so seemed quite accurate

Ne pas perdre de temps et d'argent pour ce type de test. J'en ai passé deux (un avec celui-ci et sur un autre site en Angleterre toujours avec les cheveux), je n'ai pas du tout eu les mêmes résultats et j'ai pu constater -dans les deux cas- que les produits que je consomme le plus souvent et sans problème étaient ceux présentés comme cause d'intolérance... Par conséquent, aucune fiabilité dans les réponses, il en est de même avec les tests sanguins. Il est de loin préférable d'observer par soi-même ce qui convient ou pas, vous ne trouverez jamais de réponse dans ces tests "bidon".
