I've built up quite an arsenal of scribers for my scale modelling over the years. They all have their strengths and weaknesses, and they all serve different purposes. This set is very interesting, with blades that cover a range of uses from scribing to acting as a miniature chisels. The quality is good - and they are certainly sharp enough for working with styrene. The handle is useful, but you can also hold the blades without it for finer control. It's a good value set that warrants its place on the workbench.

Very basic set but functional. For the price good quality. Used and I'm happy with the results, but will pay more for a better set next time. But not a bad purchase for now.

The tool is very good at what it does. You just have to have patience and not press on let the tool do the work.
