I was a little skeptical about a refurb. Being a novice I have no idea how "new" the parts used to rebuild the Computer are? However, cannot dwell on the unknown so.....it was a very easy plug in and set right up! No issues, no tinkering with anything just plugged it in, it connected to my network automatically, and I was of and running! I was surprised and pleased. There were numbers available to the Seller for Tech Support if I had needed it. Nice job to the Sellers on building a nice machine! This new unit is compact and is lightning fast versus my old 5+ year Desktops.

The PC arrived in good condition, very clean and well packaged. There were no problems updating Windows 11 and setting up my Microsoft account. Wifi connected easily with the included antennas. The performance is fine for office applications, and it's fairly quiet running those. I've done Handbrake encoding, which runs the CPU at 100%, and the fan is noticeably louder.

We needed to replace a failing Windows 10 home computer asap. We opted for the 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD version. The case says Optiplex 7070, not 3060. Also the pic of the back shows a DisplayPort and an HDMI port plus an oddball 9-pin serial port. Ours has two DisplayPorts, no HDMI (so we had to buy a DisplayPort cable). Whatever - the processor is as expected, Intel i5-8500. The 500GB SDD is of indeterminate manufacture (via Windows System Information - Model # SSV8 nowhere to be found on the Internet). But the machine is working, with two USB-attached HDDs that we managed to save our stuff onto before the old computer actually died. We are OK with it. It comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro, which we wanted since W10 is soon to be unsupported. For anyone reading this review coming from W10, W11 is aggressive about looping you into an all-Microsoft universe, just use what you need and you can opt out of what you don't. You do need a Microsoft account to get started when you are initializing the computer for the first time.

The package arrived in good condition without any issues; however, the RAM failed in less than 3 months and I had to replace it.

Ordered this (16GB RAM and 500GB SSD) for my wife's new desktop (to replace an aging laptop). I've set it up, and it works great. I didn't notice when I ordered it, but it includes wireless networking (WiFi)--not all desktops do, since you'll often be plugging them in to the network with an Ethernet cable. But there is no Ethernet outlet in my wife's room, so this is perfect. Also has both HDMI and DisplayPort ports. And it comes with Windows 11 Pro (not Home), so you can turn off CoPilot if (like me) you don't want that on your computer. My only (minor) complaint is that while it has eight USB-A ports (4 USB 2.0 and 4 USB 3.0), there are no USB-C ports. That might matter if you have a mouse or keyboard with a USB-C cord, but you can get an adapter. Recommended.

Once it got set up it meets expectations. Good computer for a general user who wants quiet rather than more power, and a licensed windows version on top of it. It's almost free. Why two stars? It took HOURS to get it up and running because the teeny tiny wireless usb stick had issues. Yes, it has a lan port; yes you can use another wireless usb, but only AFTER it trudges through its initial setup and finishes the windows 11 install. I moved the wireless to different ports several times, restarted several times, and after maybe 20 attempts, was finally lucky enough to get through it so that I could use the LAN port (because now windows has a driver for it). Of course the setup software has plenty of ads bundled. I don't care, but make sure the product will function first. It wouldn't take much to have the lan driver and wireless driver initially installed so there is some redundancy. And the install software has bugs. When the wireless dies, the software has no options for troubleshooting, it just sits there with no connectivity. I could have formatted the drive and installed windows the normal way and been up and running quickly, but then I wouldn't have the windows license.

Product was great, installation instructions were not.

Seems to be working OK. Guess time will tell if I did everything right.

The PC was exactly as described and met my expectations. It also included a keyboard and mouse, which was a nice bonus. Although the packaging could have been better, I would still highly recommend it.

l'ordi est endommagé. Il y a une ouverture dans la bas de 1/2 cm. IL manque des pieces comme le bloc de connexion. IL manque le fil de connexion. Les entrées USB ne sont pas suffisantes je ne peux pas brancher une imprimante ni autre chose. Je veux retourner l'article. Je suis insatisfaite de ce produit qui ne le serait pas ? UN accord pour le retour et un remboursementsvp. merci

I got the order through TecnoCanada here on Amazon for this Dell OptiPlex 3060 because I was putting together a computer for my godkids. This computer was as described. Came loaded with Windows 11 and it's plenty fast and reliable for what they will use it for. Really happy with this purchase!
