Initially bought this as an add-on to my Iwata eclipse for the more rough painting jobs (primer, clear coat, etc.). However, having used it on a number of model kits, I think it's actually a great all-rounder. The trigger system is quite clever and is something I now use for the more delicate jobs as well. The open nozzle cap design is also brilliant as it's much easier to sort out dry tip issues vs my other airbrush. The only minor issue I have is with the removable cup, as it is just a bit too easy to take out. This is great for cleaning, but sometimes causes it to come slightly out and leak a bit of paint. No major issue, but just wanted to share. Overall good value and with a lot of functionality - would recommend.

I started of with a cheap airbrush and had nothing but problems and an inconsistent finish. Decided to push the boat out and treat myself to to a quality one and by god does it make a difference. This one is perfect for beginners and experienced painters alike. The staged ring selector is very handy when starting out as it locks the trigger to set parameters to stop you from over painting. You can also set it to be free and full movement when you want full control. Would definitely recommend.

High quility airbrush for bigginers.

So this is my second airbrush, the first was a £30 cheap Chinese one. That did the job ok, but after a bit it was getting frustrating with the variable results. The needle didn't sit perfectly centered, so the spray went all over, and I seemed to spend more time cleaning it than using it. Poor manufacturing tolerances meant that the paint got everywhere, so it needed a full strip after every painting session. This airbrush felt a bit of a stretch price-wise, but I'm so glad I bought it. A key factor in choosing this was the Harder & Steenbeck YouTube channel, there's a great video called "our *NEW* Ultra watch our game-changing new painting process.." which is really good, shows you exactly how to use it. The pre-set settings for air & paint volume make using it a doddle, and watch how the guy cleans it - no need to strip it, just use a soft brush working forwards on the (protected) needle tip. It's really well-made, easy to use and even easier to clean, and it's transformed my airbrushing. If you're contemplating the step-up from a cheap brush, just do it - you won't regret it, and you'll start to get great results - and start to enjoy airbrushing again!

Before buying this airbrush I used a cheaper brand, which was a disaster. Not necessarily because I was a beginner! After struggling with it I knew I could do better, (I use the airbrush to spray paint plastic model kits) so I spent twice the amount of money to buy this one, which made a world of difference. It's design and build quality is brilliant, so easy to use and clean. It's definitely not 'cheap' , it's not the most expensive but for a beginner it might well be the only one I'll ever need or want. There's lots to choose from, but I have no trouble with recommending this airbrush.

I'm new to Airbrushing, I've had cheap AB's and they really didn't last or the application of paint was poor. I'm a miniature painter and miniatures are expensive so I upgraded to the Ultra, it's very easy to maintain, clean and use. It has five settings, its a ring that sits behind the trigger. It's sits nice in your hand and is light in weight and if you shop around you can pick it up for under £90, I'd definitely recommend this product.

What a beautiful airbrush. I am new to this form of art and I have a heavy hand to be sure. This airbrush has all of the ability of a standard airbrush but with the added benefit of giving a series of settings to help give you a feel for how the airbrush should be positioned to achieve proper base coats, priming, details and more. Absolutely recommend this for beginners and seasoned airbushers alike.

O aerografo é realmente muito bom, voce sente só de pegar e é sim muito mais fácil de usar comparado aos genericos baratos, muito presciso nao respinga tinta da para fazer traços bem finos é excelente! Ele vai melhorar muito a qualidade do meu trabalho nao que fosse ruim com os genericos mais pelos dias que tenho usado o ultra 2024 nao entupio nenhuma vez , o controle do gatilho é muito top a dispersão de ar faz a tinta secar sem escorrer (sem teias de aranhas) Limpeza é muito facil por ele ter esse acabamento bem polido! Sem falar que ele é muito bonito. Agora Quem sabe um dia eu terei um infinity ou um evolution! Obrigado ao vendendor chegou perfeito e Rapido tambem Parabéns

Ne sono entusiasta sono passato da un aerografo cinese economico da 30€ a questo che seppur un entry level professionale è veramente un altro pianeta sto scoprendo cose che con l’antro non riuscivo a fare. È un po caro per un hobbista come me ma ne è valsa la pena lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono dare un bel salto di qualità anche sui materiali si vede subito che di ottima qualità
