For days I've had extreme pressure and pain in my sinuses and the problem was no matter what I did I could not blow the mucous out of my nose for the most part. My nose was dripping after decongestants but didn't start to clear up until I took a cough remedy with some guaifenesin in it! That seemed to be the trick. Still my nose was a problem. I was also coughing and my throat was still sore after days and days to the point where I could barely talk and I was taking a flu remedy. I have always trusted Vicks to help me when sick and these cough drops are no exception. They are strong menthol drops that are so effective that after just ONE I was able to blow my nose again. The vapor action really does go up through your sinuses through the back of your throat and helps greatly. I'm happy I have two packages of these and they are a good value because they actually work and also have a cooling effect. I'm happy with them and will get them again. These things clear your sinuses like eating too much wasabi in a sushi restaurant. These are the only throat drops I use anymore. I don't like the other two flavors of these, but I can never find this flavor in person. These are priced reasonably, and there's no need to run around town to find the one or two places that might have them. I bought extra to carry with me when I travel. If you have not tried them, I suggest you give these a shot the next time you need sore throat or even slightly clogged sinus relief.
