I was looking for something to strengthen my grip. I have a couple hand grippers but looking for something specific for strengthening fingers. I came across this package which included five different items for increasing hand/grip strength. The bundle was about the same cost or less than just getting one of the items individually. I figured the quality would be lousy and I would be sending it back. Not at all the case! The quality is quite good. I wasn't ordering for the gripper, but as it turns out, it is superior to the two I already have. I have it on it's hardest setting and it is plenty. Equal to or more than my others which I felt were among the hardest I ever tried. The best thing is it has a counter (which wasn't mentioned in the description. So that's a bonus)! When doing reps without the counter, I at times lose track of the number of reps or do I count all the pulls even though I don't touch both sides? The counter takes the guesswork out. It only registers when both sides of the gripper meet. This is also helpful when competing with someone. Either you get credit for a squeeze or you don't. Can't argue with the counter. Sounds stupid, but I really like this added feature. The other items are also good. Certainly, for the money you can't go wrong. Plus, a pull-string bag is included with instructions.

Great product. For for my kids. It works for their use. Ther is plenty of adjustment with a lot of variety in package. They love using it.

I have an XL large hand size and it adjusts well. I have nerve damage and it helps relieve the pain and improve hand function. The versatility for different exercises is excellent. I highly recommend for home use.

Probably a good tool to rehab from hand/wrist/elbow injury, but if you have any sort of upper body strength or strength train regularly this likely won’t do you much good.

All items are high quality, many settings allow good training for grip, the adjuster on the forearm grip counter works effectively. However some gadgets were a bit trickier for using.

I have been in physical therapy for my hands and arms for quite some time. My physical therapist recommended these to build up strength in my hands. Adjustable and easy to use.

Have not had this kit long, but it has a good number of different items that allows your many different methods to strengthen your hands, definitely worth looking into
