We have a giant breed and he won't take pills in any form, he's onto us whether it's wrapped in cheese or peanut butter, nothing works. He's also sensitive to chicken which most pill pockets are predominantly chicken based regardless of flavor. They are also Chunky for when we have to pop his pills in the back of his mouth, he's just swallowing so they feel too large. The Stashios we're a great find because they are mostly veggie based and thinner to wrap the pills. He takes 12 pills daily so ease of use is great to tear off what we need. I'm going to be shoving his pills in anyway so the stickiness doesn't bother me. Since he doesn't chew or take meds, whether he likes it or not isn't one of our concerns, we like the thin strips, lack of chicken, and ease of portioning. Some flavors are thicker rolls than other (peanut butter), but we rotate them each time so he gets some variety coating the throat 😅

I own my own pet care business, and have had cats and dogs my entire life. I’ve tried every pill pocket and pill-hiding trick out there and this is hands down the best. Unlike pill pockets, this wrap is thin, pliable, and actually sticks to the pill, so pets can’t eat the food and spit out the medication. That alone makes it far more effective. What really sold me is how well it works for cats. Cats are extremely picky and clever about avoiding pills, and this is one of the very few products I’ve seen that they’ll reliably accept. I also appreciate that the ingredients are much cleaner and healthier than many similar products, without a lot of unnecessary junk. As someone who gives medications regularly to both my own pets and client pets, that matters to me. This has become my go to pill solution for both cats and dogs. I recommend it without hesitation.

This is great for in the go pills and dogs with chicken allergies. I make a similar pill wrap at home because one of my dogs have allergies to chicken and is picky about taking her meds, but homemade wrap needs refrigerated, which is hard for on-the-go meds. With the Stashios wrap being shelf stable, it’s been a life saver for giving meds while out and about. They look like a fruit roll up and you can through a role in a snack size ziploc and keep in your purse! You can make the wrap as small or as large as you want which is great given my dog needs four pills a day all at different times. I don’t have to worry about a ton of extra calories. Both my dogs love the pill wrap, so I tear off a “placebo” dose for my smaller dog as a small treat and then use a larger section to wrap my larger dogs pills. It’s a little sticky, but i just rinse my finger afterward and it’s fine. I actually kind of prefer how sticky it is because it’s not overwhelmingly sticky, BUT it’s just sticky enough that the pills stay wrapped and my dog can eat around the pills like she’s done in the past with pill pockets, peanut butter, banana slices, string cheese, etc. lol. Sounds silly but it makes giving meds quick and efficient when she eats it without spitting it out. And honestly it feels a little safer knowing she’s not spitting out a pill that my smaller dog could get a hold of. Love this product!

My cat hated this product. My cat is old, takes medication, and loves cheese. So, I thought this would be a good alternative to pill pockets which she liked, but is getting sick of due to lack of flavors. What could be better to a cheese loving cat? Apparently anything else is better. It is very sticky, smells strange ( nothing like cheese at all) and hard to wrap around a pill because it prefers to stick to your fingers. My cat sniffed it and took a bite then spit it back out. She refuses to go near it now. I wish I had better feedback.

Awesome! They resemble fruit roll ups for dogs. I like that I can tear off pieces and cover the monthly flea/tick/heartworm medication I need to give to my dogs monthly. Each dog gets a different size. I warm it up in my hand and stretch around the pill. For my picky dog, I give just a piece of the roll up first, then give the piece with the medication in it. My dogs like the taste making it easier to give the med which makes me happy! 😃

What I love about these wraps is you can pick how much to use based on the size of the pill(s) you need to hide. I feel there’s a lot less waste, especially if you have a small dog needing small pills. Also, my dog loves the flavor. Sometimes he will bite into it too much and the crushed pill ruins the flavor for him. All I need to do is smash it up in my fingers and give it back to him. Works every time. Yes, they can be a bit sticky. But that also incourage the dog to chew them.

Game changer!! I wanted to find something that would help my 13 lb dog with his heart meds that didn’t contain trash ingredients or bad seed oils. I tried these and he gobbled it right up! Super easy to use - super delicious for my dog, and real ingredients. Thank you Stashios!
