Installation was routine, no surprises. The provided refrigeration lines and air handler held a vacuum well and the compressor was precharged. All HVAC require a shut off box in view of the unit, hence the reason a “power cord” is not included, but everything else is. Charging was $544. in VA. It requires a dedicated 20 amp and 12/2 wire, which I had installed for $594. Don’t think you can just plug this into a wall socket with 14/2 and 15 amp, as it will trip it. The good news is it’s powerful beyond its spec. I’ve used only heating thus far and it is surprising hot, especially on the “super” setting. The compressor is unusually quiet, they claim 29 decibels and I would agree. Software is sophisticated with a slow start, defrost programs and timer functions. It has wifi features which I haven’t tried, as I don’t need them. Inexpensive unit that works well.

First time buying this model for one of our buildings. Easy installation. Works best when you pull a vac. before opening valve to charge. Quiet operation and nice remote control. It is keeping 16 x 40 ft building at good temp. year around.

Installed in a 300sq ft insulated shed, took 30 min to cool it from 85 degrees to only 72 degrees. Fairly easy install, you will need a vacuum pump, ac gage set, and a 70mm hole saw. But overall nice unit for the money. SUPER QUIET!!!

Great mini split, works from your phone, heats and cools Great.

I just installed the unit two days ago. My manifold gauges wouldn't fit the service port. Reached out to the seller, poor response. Long story short, bought a set of manifold fittings specifically for mini split ac, was able to vacuum system down. Adapters were on Amazon for 12 bucks. Unit works great, only reason for the 4 star is customer service

We got this to add to the RV for better air-conditioning. The installation was done in a few hours by us who enjoy a diy project (who doesn't want to save money). We are able to cool our RVs Livingroom & kitchen with just this unit and it is very economical. We are in Florida so I know that we will be better able to keep our RV cooler this summer. We have used it for the heat as well, and it works great to keep the space warm. We wish we had done this sooner and got a heat pump mini split unit! Here is a view of it mounted on the wall. We are not traveling any longer so the outside unit is mounted to the frame off of the ground.

Unit was easy to install, contacted seller for product support and have not gotten a response in over 2 weeks. The unit ran properly for 3 weeks, then stopped cooling entirely. I have completed every option for troubleshooting the problem, and nothing has changed. Very unhappy with this product, and lack of customer support. I will be pursuing a replacement/refund.

Installed it in my master bedroom as a backup. I can easily cool the room on the generator after hurricanes. Also, since I can cool the bedroom while I sleep without running the whole house AC it is actually saving me money on my electric bill. In fact it has more than paid for itself in the year and a half that I've had it. I highly recommend buying a line set cover to trim out the installation.
