I love these to-go portions
I love these to-go portions. I think it makes it so much easier and convenient to make sure I'm getting my fiber. On top of that, it's delicious! I'll keep buying them in this form for a long time to come!

These did not help me much with constipation. It took at least 2 days to work. They did give me a full feeling which is good since I am on a diet. I prefer the liquid Meta which works much faster.

Great for people who travel a lot
Perfect for when I travel. I travel a lot for work and constantly eating out messes with my stomach at times, but having this so easily accessible now makes that less of a concern.

Could be better...
This product uses aspertane (sp?) which in my personal opinion is not great for your health. This is a sweetener sued in Diet Coke and other products which I personally do not like. I wish that they could have a formula with something other than aspertane...even old fashion sugar may be better.
