Smell is delicious and product leaves my hair feeling great. Not too crunchy but on the flip side of that I haven’t gotten it to hold my wave/curl super strongly. Maybe I am not using enough? Either way I love it cause I’m more of a rather soft and less defined than crunchy and super defined for my own hair. Would totally recommend!

Great product for the price. I used with the leave in conditioner and it worked well. Nice daily product with a nice scent. It’s not too over powering and has nice slip. I was able to run my fingers through my thick hair.

This gets 4.5 stars Hold is great for my fine but plentiful hair. It’s my fav gel to hold my waves all day. My beef is the scent. I really wish they would make this fragrance free. It’s says it’s “citrus” this smells like I’m slapping bday cake to my head. Not at all citrus and its strong scent. Luckily my other products take it down some. It’s great for refreshing waves the non wash days too. I really like that’s it’s vegan, sulfate free and the price is right! It also lasts a long time. I use about a quarter sized amount a day for my above the shoulders hair length. It’s so-so on anti-frizz but I use a serum to control my frizz since there’s a lot of it. (Again a lot of fine hair tends to frizz) please make an unscented version but keep all the other properties the same!

I love this so much. I've been using dove amplified textures gel, i stocked up on it when I knew they quit making it so I ran out and then tried a couple other brands before finding this one. The scent is amazing but it does not smell at all once it dries so that's kind of disappointing. It doesn't weigh my hair down. It's perfect for the scrunch out the crunch method with diffusing.

It smells really nice. Be careful how hard you squeeze it as a lot will want to come out. It has a pretty good hold but it's on the heavier side of products for sure. It doesn't make your hair greasy or add to greasiness. It lasts a LONG time like every time I take a shower it's the first thing that I smell when my hair gets wet. As for curls, I find that it doesn't make your hair curl it just holds it in place, you have to put in the work to form the curls

The smell of this is great. It really smells exactly like lemon meringue. I have very fine thin hair and this does not weigh my curls down. I mix it with the cake curl cream. It gets a nice slight cast on it and I’m able to scrunch it out nicely. I think the mixture of both products does a great job of frizz control and defining curls without weighing them down. I don’t know that I will ever use another combo for my curls.

It is wonderful, and it smells great!! It leaves my curls perfect for everyday life, and for special events, it works wonders too. I just apply a bit more.

Not sticky, smells delicious and doesn’t leave your hair crunchy.

This curl gel is a really great affordable option for my 2c/3a curls. It gives longlasting hold while not being stiff or feeling producty. And it also acts almost as a curl cream, it's currently my only styling product and I'm very happy with it! My curls are shiny and bouncy. Albeit, it is not a super strong hold gel but all things considered, it is a very good product for everyday styling. Will buy again!
