I have a tempering machine. Are these chocolates good for candy molds?

My sister and I used Merckens for our Christmas candy molds.

Can you melt in the microwave?

Yes. Put in microwave for 30 seconds, take out and stir it, put back for another 30 seconds, stir again, put in for another 20 seconds. That should do it. Enjoy:)

How large are these wafers?

Approximately 1 inch in diameter.

I'm a subscribe customer and again the chocolate arrives all melted. It was horrible..... What should I do?

Mine also arrived melted. I was very disappointed because I do not use them to melt. We eat them out of a candy dish. They offered to refund half of my money but that doesn't fix the problem. ☹️ Not sure why they can't pack them properly for shipping in warm weather.

In love with the flavor 🍫

The chocolate tastes amazing and melts smoothly—perfect for desserts, dipping, and baking. Great texture, and it doesn’t have that artificial taste some melting chocolates do. Great for molds! Easy to work with

I really loved these melts! They melted down so easily with just a tiny cap of vegetable oil. The chocolate was smooth, easy to poor and tasted good! Used for cupcake decorations with a little silicone mold that was easy to release. Would buy again!

Chocolate came melted

I am a baker and use chocolate a lot for my chocolate covered Oreos, strawberries, pretzels, etc. it melts beautifully and tastes amazing! I’ve even caught my 22yo son sneaking a few here and there. He said they are so addictive. The only issue I have with this delivery is that a lot of the chocolate came melted
