The cup had a slice cut out of handle looks like from a box cutter . The straw was a plastic 1cent straw that was bent and broken for the price of this cup there should be a proper straw for it

First time ordering from Amazon US to the UK. Arrived quickly but surprised it wasn't dented, as was delivered in a paper bag. Nice cup and definitely huge and good at insulation. Very cute design and it's printed on properly and I reckon it'll stay put. I wanted a large cup without paying out for a Stanley and without getting one that was too cheap. Would be nice if cups like this came with a straw cleaner, but I am unsure if any typically do. Built solid and you wouldn't burn yourself if you held it by the body rather than the handle, although the handle is solid. Not spill proof, but none are. Although I noticed if you're carrying it whilst it's very full, you might spill a little bit from not holding it very steady. So if walking with it, don't fill it all the way up! Might be normal but have nothing similar to compare it to.

It’s huge! My straw was thankfully not broken though I can see why it broke for some customers. They stick the straw in the cup so there’s no protection if the cup is stored upside down as the weight of the whole cup is then on the bit of straw that sticks out. They should just pack the straw into the corner of the box. It’s super cute design and I love it.
