I’ve used these dried curry leaves regularly in my South Indian cooking, and they’ve been a pleasant surprise. Finding good-quality dried curry leaves in the U.S. can be hit or miss, but this product delivers on freshness and flavor. The leaves are whole, not crushed into bits, and they have a natural green color, not that dull brown you often get with poor-quality versions.
