What is the color of this?

The plug itself is a bone or off-white color & has a red indicator light.

Are there "mirrored" versions of these? the on/off switch is always on the right in the ones shown. are there ones with the switch on the left side?

Those I received have switch on Right side, when plugged in and looking towards it. ON/OFF printing is correct.

Will this work as a power switch for a george foreman that draws 1120w? the grill does not have a power switch and arcs when simply unplugged as is.

Assuming this grill is being plugged into a standard USA 120Volt outlet for power it should work just fine. At 120V it is drawing just under 10amps. (1120W/120V=9.33A). This switch is rated at 15Amps, and standard household circuits per code are 15A minimum or 20A. Check the circuit breaker to the circuit you will be using as to amp size, but at 120V you should be fine!

Hello. Can I use for 110V in other country ?

Depends upon what you're trying to do. If the non-US hotel, for example, offered both 110 volt and 220 volt outlets you could plug this switch into the 110 v US outlet. I would typically use a power strip/surge suppresser for doing that to power my various devices. However, if the hotel only offered 220 volt outlets I would need to make sure that my devices' power supplies were compatible with 220 volt input - most are these days. Otherwise, I would carry a transformer with me that would step down 220 volts to 110 volts and then plug in a standard US power strip that I would use with my US plugged devices. Hope that helps.
