Can I use this to protect another person, near or far? If possible, can somebody guide me through the spell? Thanks in advance.

This product comes from an old Hoodoo conjure oil recipe. Its primary use is building protective barriers. Thus, it is an excellent solution in situations of fear or intimidation. . Anyone, who practices in the art of magic, is not going to give you their exact list of ingredients just as a master baker isn’t going to give you the list of ingredients and instructions on his chocolate truffled ganache
It’s easy enough to understand that you have the core ingredients and if there was something in there that would harm you or you needed to be warned of -like not to use if you were pregnant or susceptible to x,y,z it would be listed.
This is an old recipe-nobody does it exactly the same unless they were taught and handed down through a family line.
Also, Laura T, may I suggest that if you are this worried over not being supplied ingredients, that you stay away from magic because, more specifically, stay away from Hoodoo. 
This oil is for protection against the known and the unseen. And trust me there’s usually more of the unseen. And when you need and I’m crossing or the amp up the warding of your house, you either have faith In the creator of the oil or you create one yourself but you don’t ask for ingredients. 
Beyond that, I would suggest if you’re worried in the ingredients, you truly don’t need the soil. Fiery wall of protection and if I may add, art of the root has a  spotless reputation.

Can you use these oils in candle making? If so what is the flashpoint?

I have tried it in a candle personally it irritated my allergies but I would suggest making 3 wholes clock wise. Only use a drip in each whole using too much will effect the way your candle burns so either rub it or do the three drops
