These are the best lights! I have 2 sets that clip on my vinyl siding of my home. They are solar charged, and provide enough light to see my back and side yard. When motion activated they are really bright. It gives me peace of mind for my back and side yards that don’t have electric lights. They last all night if charged most of the day by the sun. Great value for a reliable product!

I’ve been really happy with these lights overall. They’re bright, have a wide coverage area, and the motion sensor picks up movement reliably. Installation was quick and straightforward, and for the price, they add a ton of visibility around the property. I did have one unit fail after a period of heavy rain — water managed to get inside and short it out. It seems like an isolated issue, but it’s worth mentioning for anyone installing them in fully exposed spots. The other lights are still working great, so I’m continuing to use the set and keeping an eye on long‑term durability. Even with that hiccup, I still think they’re a good value for the brightness and convenience they provide.

UPDATE: I recently bought a pack of the newer front button model and after being so impressed with the earlier back button lights, I’m terribly disappointed in these new front button ones. Great idea, but very poor quality compared to the other ones. Most leaked and were destroyed within weeks. And worse, they don’t have screws holding the back plate of if you want to open them up and let them dry out if you see they’re getting moisture inside. I assume the front button ones back plate is just glued on, but it was really nice to be able to just unscrew the back, let it air dry inside for a day or so, and reassemble, sometimes I’d run a little bead of silicone around the edge to ensure a seal this time around as well. And according to the reviews I’ve read, it doesn’t seem to be resolved yet. The return window had passed before the majority of them had been ruined so I was SOL, I was hoping for maybe just a single bad one but they’re basically all garbage after a couple months. It’s a shame because the new design is a great idea and looks sleek but they need to find a new manufacturer or something bc the back button ones were amazing for just like $3-4 each but the front button ones, not even close. Keeping my review 5 star because like I said I now have over 20 of the back button ones, some dating back to 2020 and almost all are still working great getting beat up by Florida sun and hurricanes and really are awesome, but going forward I’m either going to just stay with the back button design for reliability and servicability sake, or look at one of the other retailers on here. Since I’ve spent hundreds on these lights if the retailer wants to send some replacements of the back button style to replace my broken front button ones, I wouldn’t turn them down!! I have over 20 of these lights in my backyard, which is normally very dark. Even without getting much direct sunlight they charge and hold a charge really well and work through the entire night. My older ones (probably 2-3 years old at this point) started getting some moisture inside, so i took the back plate off, let them dry out and reinstalled, putting a thin bead of silicone in the crevice where the back plate attaches. Good as new. In the future I'll be doing this fresh out of the box just to make sure. They've been through the FL sun and hurricanes and all still work fine. Most of mine I installed on my white vinyl fence with either 3M VHB tape or Gorilla Mounting Tape. Especially line the mode where it’s dim all the time until it detects motion. Helps keep the yard lit up enough to see and then when it's on bright mode it’s almost as good as daytime. Great for letting the dog out if they need to use the restroom in the middle of the night. $25 for 4 lights can't beat it.

Probably one of the few very rare times where if I could give more than 5 stars I truly would. I have bought multiple styles of outdoor solar lights through the past years and some gave been great, some not so great but none, NONE have been perfect. Each had at least one detriment or annoying detail. Until now. Although the home I purchased is located within downtown of a city, it sits semi secluded on its own hidden down a gravel road. The road itself is hard to find and mine is the only house back it surrounded by woods. Originally there are 2 street lights, one in front, one in back that worked. Neither now lights up dependably leaving my yard in utter darkness. I installed solar lighting pretty much everywhere but along the fencing bordering my side yard. I work long hours graveyard shift and walk home from my shuttle while still dark. Got tired of stumbling my way up my front yard in the dark so I looked at tons of styles and reviews before choosing these. So glad I got these! They are motion activated so they dont light up until I walk past. They can be set to stay on longer if wanted. Had these installed a week now and so far theyve held charge until daylight every night. I mounted them on the top rail of my chain fencing and as such they throw light wide across my yard and off to each side. The best part: honestly by far the BRIGHTEST lights Ive ever owned. I got the cool white choice. The first time I came home and walked past I was almost blinded by the brightness and it took me aback for a second for I was not expecting it. Most solar lights have a dimness compared to say hardwired electric. You would swear these are hardwired. They have a very short delay of turning off once motion stops being detected.They are also extremely reasonably priced considering how awesome they are. They are also supposedly decently weather proofed and I can honestly agree as so far this week theyve encountered snow,slushy icey snow, icey rain, high winds, and torrential downpour rain. Each unit is still completely dry all around. They also seem durable and well built, not cheap and chintzy. I decided to return and purchase a few more sets. The only factor I have yet to discover is overall durability on length of time they last. Although at how low priced if I get a full year I'll be content.

These things work great. Put them on my gate they light up the area well. Perfect for my outdoor equipment locker enabling access in the dark. No more fumbling with a flashlight. Working for about seven months so far with no issues.

I had only one old solar activated light in my backdoor that, after 5 years of sun exposure, decided to give up the ghost. Actually, the protecting plastic that covered the light sensor disintegrated. Time to see what I could get on Amazon. I saw this and read the reviews. With my fingers crossed, I clicked on ADD TO CART, checked out, received the items. These have a smaller footprint than my original solar activated light BUT they are brighter! Plus they have three different modes that are activated by pressing a button. I replaced the one in my backdoor, put up three in the front and two sides of my backyard shed. Now, when the racoons pass, they are gleefully met with a light that shines their way. I am satisfied with these, certainly. Now I find myself constantly peering outside to see if the lights are triggered...that is the only 'down' side.
