Great quality and easy to use-make my deadlifts so much better! Now my legs fail before my grip gives out making for a much better lift and it keeps away the callouses. Easier to use than traditional straps in my opinion and very soft.

Pretty sturdy, confortable and well manufactured but doesn't work for crossfit, because it's material is suede lether and it is slippery so doesn't offer the grip You need to be hanging of the bar, by the way suede leatjer offer confort but You need grip.

Got these based on recommendation from my coach. My hands would get tired from holding the heavy dumbbells before my legs got tired, but it was my leg muscles that I was actually trying to exercise. These are great for helping you hold dumbbells or cable machine bars without tiring out your hands. I wrap the straps around the bar so the flap is tucked kind of under bar when you grip it (watch videos online to see how they do it). This way, the weight of the dumbbell actually holds the strap in place and I don’t have to use my hands as much to hold the weight. I have pretty small hands and wrists and these are small enough to just fit.

They grip pretty well but the smell is so freaking bad and strong. I tried rinsing them with soap and water but black dye of the grippy part was coming off and it dyed my hands a blue ish black color in the process. They have a strong scent of burnt plastic and they rub onto the hands as well. The function is good but I really hate the smell.

Gute Investition für alle, die Kraftraining mit schweren Gewichten betreiben. Gerade für mich als Frau besser als andere Varianten von Zughilfen, da sie auch für kleine Handflächen gut geeignet sind. Das Material ist wertig und die Verschlüsse haften 1a.

Habe die Gelenkriemen jetzt schon öfter im Einsatz gehabt und bin sehr begeistert. Funktionieren richtig gut, die Hände schmerzen nicht mehr so sehr und die Farbe macht gute Laune
