hello good afternoon yesterday I received the machine and I connected it but the machine is making too much noises and they did not give me warranty and the bill

Shaking and moving rapidly when we set it to dry clothes. Disappointing outcome
Whenever we set it to dry clothes, it start moving and make huge noises. Worst of its kind.

Good product, but the size is very small. There's no vibration and no sound; it's very silent. The four bolts on the back should be removed. The machine is working properly.

Packaging is good. Easy to install just follow the instructions. Operation is easy and not much vibration, normal for a washing machine. highly recommended.
