Happy with purchase
I spent time comparing the different companies before buying this one. I'm very happy with it. Took me a bit of time to understand how and manage to prepare the cartridges (the tap I have in kitchen is not optimum for it so had to use a different one). The water tastes better than the filtering jug I had. I fill it once a day. The stand makes a huge difference as well.

Highly recommend.
This unit is great, I had the Harley system prior but needed to replace it. I do wish this system came with an option for an even bigger tank but it works really well and the Window on the front has been more useful than I would have figured prior. Although the filters specifically don’t rank as high as the Berkey, they are close upon deep review. You can swap to whatever filters you want when it’s time to replace them after the first year ish.

Great water filter
Since I have been using this water filter I can drink the tap water for the first time in 11 yrs. It looks nice sitting on the cupboard and very easy to add water

Love it! Crisp clear affordable water!
Owned it for about 2 weeks now. I figured that I could take advantage of the price and always use different filters in the future if I didn't like these. SPEED For me, this filters quickly enough. I am a single person and I wait until it gets to the bottom to refill so it doesn't overflow. I fill it to above the black filters, about an inch below the top. I can hear the water trickling. I think it takes about an 1.5 hours for 2 gallons. It got faster after several fills. Flow from tap is wonderful so I can fill my mug or coffee pot quickly. SIZE - 2.25 GAL For a single person, this is the amount I use per day. I fill a 14 cup coffee maker and drink 64-72 oz water per day. If someone else lived with me, would likely fill this twice. FILTERING Previously I used a Brita sink filter. I liked the water taste and it lasted long enough. I tested tap water and Brita water. Honestly not much difference in testing but tap tastes awful to me. This filter seems to taste slightly more flat than Brita. Our city doesn't add fluoride so I am only using the black filters it came with. The main difference is the clarity of the water. This filter gives me really crisp, clear looking water. I'm really loving it! PRICE Got this on sale for around $120 which is a steal. My Brita filters were good for 100 gal at $10-15 each. This is $50 for a 2pk that says it will filter 6k gallons. If I change it at 3k gallons (to be safe), it's so much cheaper!!! That's less than $1.75 per 100 gallons!! I will update as time goes by to comment on filtering abilities over time and maintenance. UPDATE 8/11/25 still loving the filter. I think my cats prefer it over my old Brita because I have been refilling their water fountain more. No leaks. Still great taste and crisp look. Still 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Great purifier BUT!
We love our Purewell. It has form and function; the best of all possible worlds at an affordable price. BUT! We have to be very careful about overfilling the top canister because you can't actually add 2.25 gallons and that difference will be on your floor before you know it! (It seeps out between the two canisters.) The problem is: There are a few cups of water below the level of the faucet which won't come out and we can't see, but it is part of the 2.25 gallons, total. We keep a small flashlight nearby so we can see how much water we actually have before adding more. After a back and forth with the company, including a description of water all over our floor and ruined crackers and cookies we stash below the Purewell's kitchen shelf, they sent us $30 for our troubles along with an apology. They are very nice people with good customer service. As I told them, we like this purifier very much- why not just call it a 2.0 or 2.1 gal?? Who knows . . . If your other customers are like us, they would like to know how much water to add as well as the total volume, because those are different quantities. If not for this issue, I'd give it 5 stars.
