I set this stand up a little over a year ago without any issues. The cord management is nice and easy to use. Adjustments of the arm can be a tad annoying to get just right but with enough persistence you'll get there. For me, once my monitors are in the right position I won't be moving them again unless I absolutely have to so not too bad but if I had to constantly move my monitors I might look at a different setup. On 07/26/2022 I had to remove my monitors from the mount and found that one of the arms had completely stopped being able to support the monitor (luckily I had something directly under the monitor that was acting as a support otherwise the monitor would have come crashing down on my desk). The monitor is about 12lbs so well within the limits, guess the arm was just a dud and no telling how long ago it had actually stopped working! My other one is fine though, shows no signs of sagging. I sent an email to Wali CS that night and explained the situation. They responded 8 hours later (on the 27th) with what info I needed to include in the email for a replacement part which I sent to them in my 2nd email 3 hours after that. On the 28th they had a replacement arm shipped out to me and it arrived today (the 30th). Amazing customer service, couldn't have been easier to get this issue sorted out!! I'm a little nervous about the arm itself but have something under the monitors to prevent any serious accidents but if there were an issue with the arms themselves I have no fears that Wali will be quick to get me sorted and back in business!

This is my first desk mount, and I wish I'd made the switch sooner. I'd always used whatever stand the monitor came with until my brother talked me into picking up a mount. It's made a world of difference. I'm 6'4" tall, and as such, have never had a monitor that could adjust high enough for optimal viewing. This mount changed all that, and more. Not only am I able to position my monitor higher up, bringing my eyes in line with the middle of the screen, but I'm also able to position my monitor closer to my face for better immersion in single-player games. When I switch to something competitive, I'm able to push the monitor back so that I'm better able to see the whole screen. That flexibility alone was worth the price of entry. Assembly and adjustments were easy with this mount, and it includes all necessary tools. I had it attached to my monitor and my desk in less than ten minutes. I went with the c clamp mount, but may ultimately drill a hole in the desk. Materials seem really solid. There's some flex in the plastic cable management bits, but that's by design. It makes it easier to route the cables themselves. Adjusting the various hinge points in the mount was very simple, although it took a bit of tinkering to dial it in for my 27" monitor. It feels like it's on the heavier side, but this mount can apparently handle a lot more. If I dial the tension higher, the mount will spring half-way up even under all that weight. The real test with a product for me is whether I'd recommend it to a friend. I wouldn't even hesitate to recommend this desk mount. It's great, and the added flexibility in monitor positioning adds a lot to the PC gaming experience.

These monitor mounts are overbuilt. They are rugged these days monitors weigh. Nothing amount weighs more.

Got this for my husband who had to get a new monitor and treated himself to a new 31" curved gaming monitor. The only problem with it was the stand it came with, which only raised it 5 inches off the surface it sat on and the 3 contact points made it impossible to "raise" it without extreme out of the box thinking. Not even our chessboards or Britannica Atlas was wide enough to support all 3 contact points! Also, it couldn't tilt "up" enough, so he was constantly slouching back to see the screen and racking up neck pain to require medication! So the solution called for an arm mount as his desk is away from any mountable wall. The swing arm allows for CLAMP or GROMMET style mounting and his desk called for clamping. It goes on easily enough, allows for tightening or loosening joints as required with Allen wrenches that was provided in the box. NOTE! It comes with a collar that manages the cord AND allows you to store the Allen wrenches so you don't lose them! USE IT! You might also need extension cables for your monitor's power as it REALLY lifts it off the desk nicely (by as much as TWO FEET!). Same goes for the video cable. Before the swing arm, the 6' cable that came with the monitor was just enough, but to really position the monitor how you like it, we suggest a 10 foot cable or longer. We just upgraded our DisplayPort cable and it makes a huge difference!

I bought this on April 30, 2021. It's 2026, no failures, and it's been super sturdy and great quality, so I recommend it.

Great monitor arm, holds up my 24" monitor perfectly. Cable management is a little awkward but works well.

Es bastante robusto. Sujeta a la perfección mi LG 32GS95UV, un monitor de 32 pulgadas y 5,6kg. Recomiendo comprar aparte una placa de metal para ampliar la superficie de agarre a la mesa si vas a poner un monitor pesado.

Excelente soporte para un monitor, es resistente y bien construido. Sobretodo me gusta que se puede mover para donde quieras, en diferentes formas y con muy buen alcance, es muy práctico. Tengo otro de la misma marca pero doble, mis mejores compras, estoy contento con ellos.
