I am neither a department store buyer, nor a military quartermaster, so I can’t guarantee these great gloves are missed compliant. I do have a long history of buying this particular style and I find this brand is reasonably priced and has good QC; and the sizing is in line with my concept of the norms. The nomex may be a problem for some people, and come judgment day I may regret buying these every year, but they are light, tough and comfortable. And fit well.

if you measure your hand above 8.5 get the larger size important. the gloves are quality I have had during my military service. they do allow you to use phone while waring them. I will purchase again but un the sizes relevant to my hands. When you measure be sure to get the larger size if you are in the upper range between sizes. This will allow a better fit if your hands swell due to water retention plus will not constrict the opening of your hands during high pressure use.
