This is an awesome sling for making sourdough or other artisan bread in a Dutch oven. It serves a dual purpose- it makes inserting and removing the bread from a hot Dutch oven super easy and it also help keep your bottom crust from getting too hard or too dark. I have used it in a 450 degree over in a black cast iron Dutch over. There has been no heat or burn issues and no discoloration. It cleans and stores easily. It is a game changer for bread makers. These slings are great for baking my sourdough. Makes it easy to lift my dough into the dutch oven and pulling it out. Bread slides easily off the sling onto the cooling rack. I've used them several times already and they are holding up great.

These mats work well for baking. They seem like they will last a while. The only reason I gave them four stars is because they sometimes will have some color spots left if I have burned something while baking. But it comes right off. They are easy to clean; I put mine in the dishwasher with no problems. They are very easy to use. I like that they came with several sizes. I store them with my pans. They are a good thickness, better than parchment paper.

Great product, arrived quickly, well packaged, with instructions for use. I've baked with it a few times, easy and pleasant, and really easy to clean after that. Saves having to deal with baking paper, so it's also more ecological!

These work great! Perfect size for all bread types and baking. So easy to use and can tolerate all the heat sourdough requires.

These are great for transferring sourdough to the Dutch oven. I appreciate using these instead of parchment every time. They clean easily and are easy to store. They do occasionally leave a dent in the side of my loaf.
