These are great for transferring sourdough to the Dutch oven. I appreciate using these instead of parchment every time. They clean easily and are easy to store. They do occasionally leave a dent in the side of my loaf.

Bought these for my sister who bakes sourdough bread and she loves them. They make cleaning up a lot easier. Good quality. Will fit in a 10" dutch oven.

I really like these. I resisted getting silicone mats for a long time. These work nicely. Help keep cookies from burning. I also used them to make siracha powder and the siracha peeled off like a dream. I have only used the large ones so far, they fitwell on the baking sheet. You can clean them up with a washcloth or put in the dishwasher..

Nice for a round loaf. Thought they were two different sizes but they’re the same. Works well.
