It hurts the under arms and shoulders alot! I couldn't tolerated it on me more than one hour! I even tried putting it on above my shirt, but it still is very uncomfortable and very hard to tolerate!

I bought this to try & improve my posture & pull my round shoulders back. I have to say it’s very comfortable to wear I bought size S/M I’m a UK size 10/12 in clothes & the size is perfect. You can see it under clothes unless you wear a completely sleeveless top. The Velcro fastening is good to adjust to size around your middle/ribcage too. Definitely recommend as it really does pull my shoulders back when I’m wearing it. It’s too early to see any improvement in posture when I’m not wearing it but I’m hoping in time I get used to my shoulders being in that position.

I have kyphosis, and am often hunched over at my desk, so I was hoping this would help. It does help with posture, however it cuts into your armpits to get it tight enough actually correct your posture and is not the most comfortable. It also is a bit bulky, so if you are wearing anything other than a bulky sweatshirt or sweater, it's a bit conspicuous. All in all, it's not terrible because I have tried a few others and have had similar issues. I think it's challenging to find a posture corrector that is really comfortable in general.
