ive taken multiple magnesium glycinate supplements, most work, some not so much, these are ones that work very well. nutricost continues the trend of great supplements for great prices, ive basically swapped to this brand for a variety of things (including the grass fed protein powder). easy to adjust the dose, i find 1 per day at night is usually good enough, 2 or 3 if im really trying to sleep. noticeable results even after the first day, i just slept instead of waking up over and over and over again. i also take it since ive had a deficiency before, so i try to take it somewhat regularly, on and off, but the sleep benefits also are great.

Doesn't upset my stomach like other Magnesium blends!! One before bed for best results - you will sleep like a baby.

Seems of good quality. So far im sleeping a bit better. We will see.

Our Primary Care Physician suggested this product to primarily help my husband with sleep issues (following a number of other health challenges) and also mentioned it may help with muscular discomfort at night. After the first night, my husband reported that he noticed that he fell asleep much faster and was able to fall back asleep quickly after a trip to the restroom. He wasn't sure if his muscles felt better, since he was sound asleep (regardless, that's a win). I want to point out that my husband is a skeptic and for him to admit that something works is a big statement. I have tried the supplement myself, and what I have noticed is that I am not waking up as frequently due to aches and pains. Previously, I have been restless and waking up nearly every 45-75 minutes, and by 3:00-3:30 am the best I can expect is to lightly doze until I get up at 4:45 am. I am now only waking up a couple of times during the night and reaching that light sleep cycle closer to 4:00 am. This is a huge improvement for me.

I love this brand. Per reviews of Magnesium Glycinate, this one offers 210mg of magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate). A lot of brands offer under a 100 mg. I look at value and quality. Yes, there are other brands that may be a little better but look at the price tag. I have multiple supplements from this brand, one supplement I have been taking for over 20 years. Have tried multiple brands of the supplement and really like this brand. The price is reasonable and good quality. Recommend.
