I need a little boost to do weight training first thing in the morning before breakfast. I don’t have time to brew coffee, snack, etc. Enter preworkout supplements, just what I was looking for. This one comes up as top rated in many reviews. Solid ingredients, 3rd party testing, certified, reasonable price, etc. The caffeine is moderated by L-theanine, so you get energy and focus without jitters and anxiety. I can’t say other products wouldn’t do the same, but I’ve definitely had better, longer, more productive weight training in the morning with this.

Really good pump but the flavor is pretty meh. I wanted something with nearly the same profile as gorilla mind. This has everything you need and clinically dosed, but it’s definitely very stimulating. Overall great, but the flavor is the best.

I liked the idea of being all natural and transparent but it makes me want to vomit. The taste is pretty bad because of the massive doses of pump supplements. It clenches my guts and has made me vomit e couple times and always makes my gut lock up even if I don't vomit. The pins and needles and itching are relentless and undoable. I bought two flavors thinking the taste would be better. Waste of money on my part. No value since it makes me sick. I did not notice a boost in energy because my guts had me only thing about nausea and vomiting. The consistency was not clumpy like other customers. I am disappointed with myself for wasting money on this pre-workout when ON (Optimum Nutrition) Is half the cost. The only problem with ON is that it uses artificial colors.

ChatGPT recommended. I kept trying different preworkouts. I have been using them on/off for a few years. I remember Total War being my favorite. I bought it again and it did nothing. There were a few others that just didn't work. so I asked ChatGPT. They recommended BULK. I always take 1/2 scoop to start, just to gauge how good/bad it works. I felt the tingles, energy and then the pump. It mixes well with minimal water in a shaker. The price was a bit high, but considering i only use 1/2 scoop, it's not so bad. I started with the blue raspberry, the taste isn't great on any of tried. I just ordered watermelon, I don't expect much out of the taste. As long as it works the same, i'm good.
