Best Mini Polisher, Highly recommend
coolest little mini polisher, I highly recommend it, it is worth every penny. Easy to use and battery life is pretty decent for small applications.

The tools is perfect as well as the customer service
The tool is nice. It works as the perfection. It is essential for detailing or polishing things. But Iโd like to give 5 stars to the customer service because some weeks after receiving the equipment the charger failed (beyond returning or money back request time). Contacted them by mail they sent me a new charger at no cost at all. Thanks for this nice tool and for your kindness.

Perfect!
This is a QUALITY buffer. I use it to polish/buff/sand guitars. I have some rectangular sanding pads that have a Velcro-friendly backing on them. I cut them to size and they stick the supplied discs perfectly. The orbital attachments work great. You WILL want to use them if you're going to buffing anything that needs a gloss finish. The prevent swirl marks. As a rule, both batteries will get you about 30 solid minutes of pretty vigorous use and charge time is about an hour as I recall. If you are going to be buffing a larger surface, like the hood of a car, get the bigger one. This one is perfect for smaller jobs like guitar bodies, spot-buffing scratches on vehicles, including motorcycles. The uses are only limited by your imagination.

Horrible Customer Service
So after dealing with being sent a Blower instead of Brushless buffer and getting 3 shipping invoices?? They put wrong price up and then did that I still wanted this cordless buffer/da polisher. It showed up and it's nice. But the 12mm orbit attachment was assembled incorrectly and printed the bearing race where doesn't spin correctly and you feel it and drains battery. So called instead of returning and talking with maxshine person there sending replacement might be 2 wks. 3 wks later and they don't have name in system. Person didn't call about ceramic getting used in shop and then asked if had Amazon order # that's needed but didn't ask that 3wks ago?!?! Well gotta like Prime and sending back. Also just sold two of there buffers bought for a loss but there will be absolutely no MaxShine anything in this shop opening. Horrible Customer support!! If calling them always just chose operator you'll get leave # any other choice

Lots of power and options.
I have been detailing my cars since I was a kid professionally while in school. I have seen and used just about every buffer and polisher known. This polisher is perfect for odd angles and spot areas e.g. scratch. It is super efficient and has plenty of power along with long battery life. I have never been able to do rims with a polisher as I never owned a small one like this, wow the wheels look better than new!! This polisher along with all the new products that have been developed in last 5 years makes detailing much more enjoyable than I remember it being when much was done by hand. The polisher was able to get out every scratch that was in a difficult area without me using a 8โ polisher, isolated and worked perfect every single pass. I did the entire vehicle 20 plus scratch area and 4 rims with still plenty of battery life left. Read a comment on charger overheating so monitored it and did not see that issue.

It's fine
Like the title says - it's fine. I was excited to pick this polisher up as a quick option for those last minute small corrections (i.e. a client says "oh hey I meant to ask if you could fix this small scuff" after a wash etc) that come up periodically. Something that would keep me from having to drag out all my gear and hook up The Beast or my Rupes. Out of the box, it's a cool kit that includes a most accessories and pads you'll need in the short term. Love that you can hit the ground running. Where things fall apart for me is once the pad hits the paint. It runs as a rotary by default, but includes 3mm and 12mm throw DA counterweights. The 12mm is very optimistic and with a full battery and the included microfiber or wool pads won't "dual act" aka it will only agitate and you get no pad rotation once you contact the paint. The 3mm is a little better but any pressure will, again, stop the dual action and you get nothing but jiggles. Now this experience has been with the 2 inch pads so I can't speak to the smaller backing plate but I'm not overly optimistic. As a small rotary it does it's job, and it's not so powerful that I'm worried the torque will burn through paint. The power with even a slightly discharged battery drops significantly to the point of near stalling. It does the job getting small stains and scuffs off of paint, it's affordable and includes plenty to make it a decent value when bought on sale. But I'll have to keep experimenting to find where it fits into my kit. At least it's compact, lightweight, and quiet. For the most part though, I'll probably still have to grab my traditional corded polishers for most things.
