The perfect base for a quick, light meal
I’ve been trying different instant bone broths lately, and honestly, I still prefer the powder packets over the liquid versions. They are so much easier to keep in my bag or at the office for a quick, nourishing warm-up during the day. Why I like this brand: I found this one here on Amazon and noticed it has less sodium than many other brands, which is a huge plus. My "Little Upgrade" Ritual: On its own it's good, but I love to elevate the flavor and benefits. I add: Turmeric & Cracked Black Pepper Fresh Ginger & Garlic A Squeeze of Lemon Overall Experience: This combination turns into a cozy, immune-boosting cup that feels like a hug when I’m not feeling my best. It’s become my go-to morning reset or afternoon pick-me-up instead of coffee. I highly recommend it if you want something easy and nourishing. I’m looking forward to trying their Chicken Broth next!

Took me a bit, to get used to low sodium
So convenient, especially to travel. I like regular beef better, yet need to do lower sodium. Blends easily after microwaving hot water. I usually fill 16oz size cup, to about 10 ounces, for best flavor. Arrives in 6 individual boxes of 4 packets. They accidentally sent chicken flavor once, and it tasted like dirt - had to throw away.

Grateful to have this as a quick healthy snack during travel. Good tasting, dissolved pretty quickly. Warms you right up.

Yum! Definitely prefer the beef flavor over the chicken, both are delicious just the beef is favorite. So glad I could find the lower sodium nice protein boost!

Not candida friendly
Tastes good but why do they add yeast into this? Not candida friendly at all.

I take these traveling with me
Love this brand, I think they offer one of the best high-quality bomb bras. And I really like that they offer a low sodium version with this one. I also love the fact that these are in sticks and I can take them traveling with me.
