This is a good rennet to have if you are making cheese!
I always wanted to learn how to make cheese and cheesemaking.com is the first place I go to figure out what cheese to make and find the stuff I need to make it. They have excellent quality tools, ingredients and amazing instructions. Cheese has become my new hubby.
