Bought this to use with my mounjaro pen when I travel abroad. Conducted a test at home and can confirm it kept my pen cold for at least 26 hours, it was still very cold and would have kept it cold for another day without a doubt. I'm only going to be travelling for 18 hours so I didn't test it out for the full 60hrs but I'd be confident enough to trust that it'd keep it cold for that long. It doesn't feel heavy, it's nice and lightweight. It only holds one mounjaro pen as I put my pen in an envelope to protect it from freezing, so that took a little space. The sticker on the bottle was bought separately from amazon.

Very handy for weight loss pen. Took on trip to New York and kept medication cold throughout journey. Good quality item.

Very useful product and was effective for me. The only real negative I found was that perhaps the included thermometer could have been tethered in some way. I managed to leave mine in a fridge somewhere in Japan. Most importantly, I wanted to share my experience of taking this through airport security. In the UK (Manchester) the staff I dealt with hadn't seen one before, but were very efficient and after seeing my prescription and letter for travel, were happy to let me through. Leaving Japan, I was asked if I had a drink and when I said it was medicine and (a little unfortunately) opened the canister they very quickly allowed me on my way. I only needed to keep my medication at a reasonable room temperature and this product more than managed that, even with extended travel times. I'd have reported in more detail, had I not lost the thermometer!

Does exactly what it says it will do. I had to travel with medication that has to be kept cool and this worked really well. The ability to top up with ice when you don't have a freezer to hand is great as most hotels have an ice machine.

Been type one diabetic I’ve been using the cooler bag which is a good piece of kit i was looking for something a bit more robust and found this item on Amazon it keeps the insulin cooler than the other product it’s a good design lightweight and if you dropped it would not damage the pen inside so I think it’s good

Outstanding purchased to store dogs nasal epilepsy meds in the fridge so easy to get when going out. Slightly bigger than thought. Super well packaged. Excellent product!

Tiens plus de 24h à 2 °C malgré 25°C en extérieur. Je l’avais mis en plus dans un sac isotherme au milieu de ma valise. Parfait pour mes médicaments qui doivent rester entre 2 et 8 °C.

Super bra, jag testade innan flyg och den höll 3C i ca 30 timmar innan det började blir "varmare" och den steg sakta upp till 8C efter ca 40 timmar. Får 4 stjärnor endast för den anledning att det bara går ner 2 kwikpens även om de dimensioner säger att 3 ska gå ner.

Tuve mis dudas sobre si el termo era capaz de mantener la temperatura durante las casi 24h que lo necesito, a una temperatura relativamente baja pero sin llegar a congelar. Lo he puesto a prueba, incluso en ambientes cálidos, y responde genial. He probado con otra tapa con sensor de temperatura, con la misma medida, y no mantiene igual el frío. Por tanto, el termo en sí, funciona genial. El termómetro interior ayuda a vigilar la temperatura, y el tamaño es muy bueno. Yo llevo dos goteros de aproximadamente el grosor de un dedo de ancho, y caben justitos pero bien, además del termómetro y la botellita de gel de frío. Muy contento con la compra y muy práctico. No entiendo las reviews que dicen que no aguanta el frío bien. Supongo que abren y cierran el termo todo el tiempo. Pero si sólo lo abres cuando lo necesitas, funciona bien, al menos en mi caso.
