Works very well. Much better than a passive splitter.

Works fantastically well. Splits the Ethernet from talk talk router into the talk talk tv box and smart tv. Great little device. Gets power from the Smart tv.

Works as described. Actually there is very little description! And there is lots of confusion over whether it is a "splitter" or a "switch". From my knowledge of networking, I would say that it is definitely a switch. Which is what you want! A splitter would be all sorts of disaster! Pity it needs power, but that is the technology's fault, not the product's fault.
