UGREEN 2-in-1 Bluetooth 5.2 Transmitter and Receiver, 27-Hour Playtime, Dual Connection, 3.5mm Adapter for TV, PC, Car, Home Stereo

Used for a few months in the car for work commuting. So far not one dropped connection or stutter. Only annoyance is that I need to manually turn it off when I turn off the car each time, otherwise it will stay connected to my phone inside the house. Got used to it as part of the car parking procedure after a week or two.

This thing is pretty good as is usual with my experience with UGREEN products. I only use receive mode so can't speak for the transmitter function. Maybe my use case is a bit niche, but if anyone else wants it for the same reason I did it works well. Basically I use it to receive audio from my phone and plug my wired over-ear headphones into it, turning them into bluetooth headphones. Connected easily to my phone and stays connected, sounds good, no noise or anything. Battery lasts ages. Couple of potentially annoying things, firstly is that the indicator for the charge level doesn't stay on - it just flashes red when you plug it in and then flashes green when it's done, then turns off. So if you don't happen to be looking at it when it finishes charging you don't know it's finished. The other thing that might bother people is for some reason it turns on and pairs when it's charging, which could be an issue if the device you're transmitting from can't pair to more than one device at once. Although this does work out ok for me because it means I can monitor the battery level from my phone while it's charging. I'd say for £20 you can't go wrong really, at least if you want to use it for what I use it for.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Easy to pair and works as a transmitter and receiver with great battery life and quality.

We bought this UGREEN Bluetooth 5.2 Transmitter and Receiver unit to use for a set of Bluetooth headphones with a Sony TV, supposedly with Bluetooth capability, that refused to pair with them. The UGREEN unit was easy to set up using power from a USB port and audio-out socket on the TV. The UGREEN set up and operating instructions were easy to follow and it worked first time. We can thoroughly recommend it.

I bought this to connect a Bluetooth speaker to a film projector. Set up was easy and it connected easily to my JBL speaker. Unfortunately there was a lot of lag between the sound and the picture so it wasn't good for what I needed. I'm sure it would be excellent if used just for sound.

Great sound quality and very little lag (to my average ears anyway). Pairs easily. Switches from TX to RX easily. But I can't work out how to turn the thing off when it's charging. So if (as I do) I want it plugged into a charger 24/7 it's always powered up. Which is no big deal but equally… everyone's ticking on about saving the planet, right? One LED at a time chaps.

This product does not work. It connects to iPhone but sound through the speaker is absolutely terrible, completely distorted. Don’t waste your money

Works well as a transmitter, you sometimes have to click the switch twice to achieve a connection, so it's not instantaneous, but it maintains the connection with no audio lag.

Love the fact that you can have 2 sets of headphones connected simultaneously! We now have the opportunity to have "silent disco TV" and not disturb the household. Also as a secondary bonus, we can tell my husband to use the headphones, and we don't have to complain that the TV is too loud (because he is slowly losing his hearing!) Great buy.

ugreen products' quality never fail to impress me. pairing is a breeze following instructions accordingly. RX mode only works with audio devices that comes with no-mic or only one channel of the audio will work. Can be quite a nuisance since most earphones nowadays comes with microphone features. TX mode tend to have relatively low volume unless the original audio volume is turned on to near maximum.

Petit produit simple mais qui marche très bien. On peut l’utiliser en mode transmission ou réception, mais qu’un à la fois!

I gave it a try with an attempt to wirelessly connect headphones to the electric guitar. While setup was easy, it turned out unusable due to delay in the audio. I can imagine similar problems with e.g. synchronization of video (TV) and audio.
