Very flexible, definitely has a strong grip and the spring is not to strong you can use it with one hand

Item was not up to the task. The handle came apart, luckily I was able to get it back together. Then the claw on the other end fell off. I can’t recommend this product.

Works great for assisting me to grab the end of my mendelson when I have to tuck it back in my trousers. Pinches a bit, needs a larger claw.

I intended to use this to help me guide my cheap sewer cam down my sewer to find and (if needed) grab and remove blockages. However, it takes time to get this item to lose its tendency to coil back up into the shape it was stored/packaged and shipped in. So just like my cheap sewer cam's coiled line (which has this same tendency), this sucker continually tends to want to bend into the sidewall of my 4" sewer pipes (where it snags on surface protrusions) rather than glide nicely down the centerline of the pipe. And without attaching some sort of camera to the gripper end of this tool, I'm not sure what good it's 10-foot-long grabber reach is actually good for. I did find use for it as a way to "fish" a magnet down an outdoor cleanout in my PVC sewer line, hoping to catch what I believe to be a piece of broken-off iron pipe fragment, before it clogs the entrance to my septic tank. 3 stars because it was a very good value, seems robust and hasn't broken.

Much longer than necessary and the gripping end spreads out aggressively when used.

Estuve todo el dia esperando este producto porque llevaba 2 dias con el toilet con problemas ya que mi bebè tiro unas gafas de sol por el mismo. Ràpido que llego me puse en acción, al principio no podia meterlo pero seguí y seguí hasta que entro completo al retirarlo vi salir las gafas y dije: hurra!!! pero al tratar de sacar el gancho no podia,parece que se atascó con algo y dije: saque las gafas y ahora se quedo el gancho!! Lol....Pero seguí y seguí moviendo hasta que logré sacarlo. Lo recomiendo,me ahorre unos $300 en un plomero.

cable was sharply bent in two places. end fitting was smashed and totally crimped so bad cable did not work at all. Was able to pull claw out with a tool, couldnt retract it, plastic handle was completely stripped and just came off in my hand. A simple design with just a few parts, yet somehow every single part failed completely and immediately. Did not even get a single use out of it.

Ordered one size, received a different size. The little claws are flimsy and bend so easily as to make grabbing of anything heavier than half an ounce very difficult. The pictures of it in the ad show a heavier duty claw. But this tiny thing is next useless. Spend more and buy a better product.
