Great product, my partner used it for lunch at work and been using it for over a year now every day and still works. Food heats up rather quickly (10-15 mins) if you wanted very hot otherwise I think 5-10 mins it’s enough. Lids are okay, one has broken a few weeks back but it’s still okay to use no problem. Would buy again maybe in a few months to replace the current one. It’s very easy to clean and a good size. Could fit a good big lunch.

Overall, I'm really happy with this heated lunch box. It's convenient, especially for work or when you're on the go, and it's easy to use. The only downside is that it heats food quite slowly and doesn't always get every meal piping hot. It works best if you choose meals that heat evenly or cut food into smaller pieces. You just need to take that into consideration and start heating your meal around 30 minutes in advance. Despite that, the convenience makes it well worth having, and I'd still recommend it.

I cannot rave enough about this marvellous food heater! I have mobility issues and arthritis and can’t stand up for long. I have this beside my chair. Just pop the food in the dish, plug it in and 20 mins you have warm food. It’s certainly helped me 100%. The only thing I have difficulties with is clipping the lid down with my weak hands! Best buy ever!

This thing has saved my life more than once! I bring it with me every single day to work, and it works perfectly every time. It does exactly what it’s supposed to, heats food great, and is just brilliant. Couldn’t be happier with it!

Amazing little heated sandwich box. I used it while working in my van. Plug into the 12 volt outlet and 30- 40 minutes later piping hot food. Currys , stews , lasagne all cook really well. Much better than having cold sandwiches in the winter.

It’s very useful and very reliable it comes in handy when it comes to when I go to Greg’s in Preston I usually have coffee with my sandwiches I fort it was a good idea as I go to Greg’s every Monday, Tuesday, before I set off to my volunteer work to have a heated lunchbox and have what I like off my choice instead off having sandwiches every time I before I set off to my volunteers work I strongly recommend it to anyone who never had it before

This doesn't seem like the original product. In fact, it's quite weak and doesn't seem to be made in the USA or Italy.

If you work as a truckdriver this might be the best thing you can buy honestly..

This lunch box is really great and very practical. I actually use it a lot. When I travel, I put my food in it and plug it into my car’s power outlet. But I mostly use it at work—I plug it in, go do my tasks, and then come back after 30 to 60 minutes, and my food is fully heated. One thing I really like is that even if it stays plugged in for longer, like 45 minutes to over an hour, the food doesn’t burn. It just gets hotter. At most, you might get a little bit of crisping at the bottom (for example, with rice), but nothing major. Overall, I’m very, very satisfied with it. The only small issue I had was that one of the handles lost a tiny pin, and I couldn’t find it. So the handle became a bit loose. In the end, I bought a small screw from Home Hardware, and it worked perfectly. I even got a pack of them just in case it happens again. I remembered to add one dissapoing point and due to this I want to deduct one star from the 5 star which I had had to it. Unfortunately Amazon does not allow my to take one star, but you can assume it has 4 stars. The issue which I wanted to mention is that the latches/ handles that secure the doorfrom the sides do not fit tightly or flush. there is a slight gap, which is clearly visible in the attached photos.
