Item arrived quickly but in a damaged, open box and without a hygiene seal or lid. The moisturiser is very runny and smells horrible. A refund has been requested.

Disappointing for the price.
This product isn’t anything like the first I purchased. The original one was a thick lovely smelling cream. This new one is runny with an awful smell.Im not sure if it’s a trueESPA cream. It’s very disappointing as it wasn’t a cheap product to buy. I cannot give it a star rating.

Smells awful!
I’m a huge fan of the ESPA range but this has let me down! The smell is so awful that I can’t even use it! I am actually choosing to use a £3 Lidl moisturiser instead as at least that leaves my face smelling nice.Wish I’d chosen the other moisturiser from ESPA…although unsure if that has the same scent!?Also it is VERY watery, to the point where if you dropped the pot without the lid on it you’d have none left.Not the luxury I’m used to from this brand.Don’t waste your money on this like I have.

Defective Product - - cream is runny and stinks!
This is the replacement for the order placed on 02/28. This product must be from a defective batch. The product is extremely runny and stinks. I ordered this product before from Amazon and did not have this issue. I am very disappointed! I didn't even want to give it one star, but I had no choice to continue!
