ND Filters for SX-70 Instant Film Cameras (2-Pack)

No frills filter that serves it purpose. I can now happily shoot 600 speed film with my Polaroid SX-70 folding camera. This is so much easier than messing with lens-mounted ND filters. Just don't forget to remove the filter when you remove the used pack! Value for money: Truly a buy once product assuming you remember to remove them after every pack. The best part is, if you lose both of them, replacements still cost less than ONE pack of modern Polaroid film... Picture quality: This has no effect on the film. Please do yourself a favor and get these filters instead of hunting for SX-70 film! Ease of use: The directions on the film are easy and straightforward. You just slip the tabs over the darkslide and it will stay in place for the entire shooting experience.

Perfect fit for Polaroid 600 film. Very easy to install. Just know that this is a very flimsy film like material be careful not to crease it. Fortunately it does come with two in the box. I didn't have any trouble but just use some caution and common sense. All of my photos turned out as expected!

Fits on the 600 film cartridges easily. Just remember to remove it when you’re done with the film. Makes using the 600 type film in an SX-70 land camera doable. It’s a bit flimsy so be mindful of the filter when placing & removing it from the cartridge.

This is the best way to have best of both worlds, be able to still pick up SX70 film and shoot as well as 600. The native for 600 film is 640, so with the neutral density filter you cut the light down when exposing the image, making you expose it 'correctly', it won't be 100% with minor color shifts but the results are still nostalgic, fun and amazing. I'll share some shots after I get more photos, thus far I'm happy and its better than completely modding the camera for 600.

It just works! You stuff it into the pack of 600 film, and stick it in the camera, and shoot as normal. It was slightly difficult to fit it in the film cartridge but it’s not too bad. Ultimately I would rather get a 600 conversion but this was a good money-saving alternative.

In my opinion that filter blocks too much light. This camera was working fine before with SX70 film. That’s too bad that Polaroid plans to discontinue SX70 film and force people to use these ND filters. First photo was taken before sundown it’s all black and second one was taken at noon with plenty of sunlight

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve found sx-70 film too hard to find, and too expensive. This filter allows me to pick up 600 film and shoot it on my sx-70, so I couldn’t be happier.
