Are they individually wrapped?

These are not individually wrapped.  
You can buy a smaller size wrapped but not large.  Small is 19cms long (large is are 21cm)  maybe small would be okay for you and suit your needs.   You can check out the individually wrapped ones online here on amazon or just google online for other places to buy.  I do carry the wrapped ones in my bag for when out and about but personally prefer the large. I hope this helps:-)

Part of product	Material	Function
