Works every time
Works great. We chop some pretty hard things that the ninja is probably not made to do. We stip one out about every uear or so. This part fixed it each time. I always use tools to cut the plastic off the inside part and push it out. Takes me about 5 min. Was cheaper than buying a whole new jug thing.

I ordered this part for my wife's Ninja 72oz. blender which had stripped out the blade drive and would not actuate the blades. Replaced with the new drive stem assembly and worked like new again. Great part and fast shipping.

Works for Ninja BN700!
Bought this to replace a stripped out chuck on my Ninja BN700 (I think it's the one from Costco?). Anyway, even though it's not specifically mentioned in the ad, this works perfectly for it. After installing it, I made a smoothie with hard frozen fruit and it fired up no problem. Easy fix for a low price!

THIS ITEM HAS RENDERED MY PITCHER USELESS
THIS ITEM HAS RENDERED MY PITCHER USELESS. Given that the ratings for the item are high and that I thoroughly checked the compatibility and that the product matched my smaller pitchers assembly I am convinced I received a production dud. With that being said the drive shaft upon first use started slipping from the clutch blade assembly (underpart of pitcher that connects to blender base) upon medium torque. I was attempting to crush some ice for a smoothie and you could tell the clutch blades were spinning but the blender blades were not. I was disappointed but understood I would need to exchange for another one. Well, due to the slipping of the shaft from the clutch assembly I am unable to remove the shaft or the clutch assembly leaving my pitcher in a state of uselessness and unable to return the part leaving me with the option of having to buy a complete pitcher assembly which is $70+. I am hoping the seller and company see this and work with me to figure out a solution that doesn’t in the end cost me more money.
