I really like the light, clean, crisp and woodsy/airy scent of the aromatic essence. A whole barrage of scents and it's hard to pick out some of the more dominant ones. Definitely some sweet and citrusy, almost like a coconut lemon combo, but with a woodsy undertone. Again, even with the woodsy it's still very light and airy. Something I could see wearing year round but especially on warmer days with a light breeze. It lingers and stays with you but it's also not a dominating scent and is just present. Being a CK cologne it's not necessarily a cheaper cologne but with it's longevity it has a good value.

I'm not a big cologne for men wearer, but I tried the Calvin Klein Eternity for Men Aromatic Essence as I had worn Eternity back in college. The scent was always very refreshing and stayed. You didn't need to douse it as many guys learned the hard way. This version is a little heavier than the original Eternity cologne and that's fine. It still has a very fresh and clean smell from the juniper berry, coconut and spicy cardamom base. You don't even need to do a full spritz, half a spritz will last you a full hard working day. Great to see that Calvin Klein still makes quality and great scents for men.

Great gift for my nephew and he loves the smell. So I got one for my husband too.
