Delivered promptly and at a good price, and British made, great. Very good quality and a exact size match for the old one. Don't like plastic locknuts going onto metal, but that's just nit-picking. Would definitely recommend this product.

I was told I would need a whole new toilet as nobody in Leicester sold the plastic nut (which had broken) or the handle. During a browse online we found this one, which was very quick and easy to fit and has saved me the cost of a new toilet so I am very pleased. Would be even better if you sold the plastic nut seperately so if necessary that could be replaced without changing the whole handle, just a thought for the future.

---> continued:---> chat rep was supposed to phone me but passed me to different rep with no idea what the problem was, the guy on the phone was useless, unhelpful, clearly having a laugh with his suggestions and eventually hung up the phone on me when I caught him blatantly lieing and pulled him on it. I asked for a manager call back 2 days ago and am still waiting. I think they are scared as they didn't realise I had recorded the call. Ill put it online if anyone wants to hear it?

I expected the handle to arrive with fittings, I am still trying to get the other parts, I contacted the company and was told that they were obsolete and that the pivot fixing was not available. although the handle works pivoting on the cistern it is not ideal.

We have recently changed all the hardware bits in our bathroom from gold to silvers and this was the last task. We were putting it off because we thought it would be a big job, but with this set it wasn't at all. The instructions are in both diagram and written form, so they were easy to follow. I would have been able to do it by myself because it is that simple, but as it was hubby did it and said it was surprisingly easy. The end result looks good too. It is obviously a good quality product, well made and easy to install. I would definitely recommend.

Very well made and easy to fit. Would have been better if the back nut was metal rather than plastic as it could possibly break if over tightened. Otherwise excellent.
