It is everything the ad said it was. I love it no problems with it. The stitches are nice and strong. Although I have a hard time with the computer when she talks her English is not very good. Other then that it's nice I like it very much.

I bought this for my mom for Christmas, she used it for a few weeks and now every time she uses the presser foot to sew it throws errors. Pulled the bobbin, nothing jammed, re threaded it, powered it off and back on ... the threads pull through as expected, manually bringing the needle down and up works fine. But it keeps throwing error codes every time the presser foot is pressed. Dont buy this to save a few bucks, spend the extra money and get any brand machine other than FYE.

I've tried different makes in sewing machines and this particular model seems to do the work that the other ones couldn't it's very easy to load the speed control and the adjustable light come in very handy for my use it's a very good machine.

I have had dozens of sewing machines over the years. If you are going to do serious sewing quantities and quality go for the sewing machine you see in nearly every tailor window. JUKI. That said , this machine is OK, for the price. The electronics aren't any advantage. Mostly annoying. " Data, fabric is too thick, check.." voice that doesn't tell you something you obviously know: the machine is jammed and now you need to take apart the bobbin " housing". Which i did after a few hours use. Upon examination I see that the pieces inside the machine are rather crudely unfinished. It will probably not last a year so you have to ask yourself if you just want to show a few things and save a little money at the tailor perhaps it might pay out as good learning machine ? I was able to sew through some thick denim.Surprisingly , the machine is not as noisy as people have said. The last machine that I had I gave away to my sister.It was the singer 4411.It sewed through pretty much everything with no problem. But, actually was noisier than this machine . I probably should have bought another one of the singers. Update: kaplunck. It got jammed. The bobbin , the shuttle of something was not working. I took it apart, re-threaded , over anx over. Trouble shot to exhaustion. I have worked with dozens of sewing machines over last 20 yrs. This is " junk" returned it.

Excellent machine, took about 10min to get it up and running. Hemmed 3 pairs of pants super quick and easy at $20 a pair it already paid back half of what it cost me. No problems with it, it worked as it logically should. I did get a soft carrying case for it but no reason it can't go back into its box. Consider getting a sewing accessory kit, well worth the money. If you are not a "read the manual" person. The manufacturer has a whole series of videos about it on youtube.

It's a brilliant sewing machine. It was protectively packaged. The only thing is there are none instruction manual accompanying it. You can watch online tutorials on YouTube. The online tutorials are great. They cover each section of the sewing machine.

The features are complicated and not easy to follow. Otherwise the product seems to be ok.

Good for beginners,you can slow the sewing speed right down until you get used to it
