Great undercoating
Love this stuff. It doesn't have a real strong smell and it penetrates very well. I heat it up a little before spraying it. Its a bit pricy and you should reapply every year but I think it is superior to oil spraying and isnt as messy. I does wash off a bit during the summer but I prefer that because it keeps the undercarriage cleaner and not covered in dirty grease.

Applied Woolwax to My Jeep Wrangler and I Like It
Good stuff. I've been using Fluid Film but thought I would give Woolwax a try since I've been using the Woolwax Pro Spray gun. I like the Woolwax product and will see how it performs over the midwest winter coming up. It is supposedly more durable than Fluid Film. I sprayed the underside everywhere except the exhaust.

Best Rust Lanolin Based Prevention out there. Much better than Fluid Film
I've been applying this Yearly since I bought my truck in 2022 and It's kept it rust free in the Rust Belt. First Time I applied it I put in the frame rails and was very thorough. Each year after I just do a pretty quick cover of everything underneath again before winter. Someone I know had got a new Tacoma Lease around the same time I got my Frontier. I been using Woolwax every year and they didn't do any rust prevention. after 3 years they had a good bit of rust on the frame already and my truck had none. It's worth the time and effort if you care about keeping your vehicle nice. Especially if you also live in the rust belt. Works great for trailers, atv's, etc. also.

Reasonable
It seems to do a reasonable job of coating the underside of the truck. Viscous but not as solid as you might expect. Even in 10 degree temperature the oil does not solidify so your underside will always be wet. I have not seen how summer temps affect this yet but I would imagine most of the oil will evaporate or wear off. I would expect an annual application is necessary. They make a hard coating which I have not yet tried. Overall, not bad and better than other undercoating I have used.

I love this stuff for winter road protection. Follow the package instructions and invest in the recommended spray gun. It has helped our plow trucks stay fresh.

Thick like butterscotch pudding
Long lasting protection but periodic spot maintenance applications are needed may want some of the thinner products for areas where creeping is needed
