I definitely help with dry mouth, but it is very spicy and hot. I am not a spicy person, and I did not like that part at all. I loved it, stopped my dry mouth that my medication caused, but I can't handle the hotness. My husband loves it, but he eats hot sausages regularly, so this gum didn't bother him at all.

I've purchased this gum several times now because of the benefits. I take several meds that give me awful dry mouth and so I decided to purchase this gum. The taste is incredible and long lasting. You would think the xylitol would give it a weird taste, but it doesn't. Very tasty and good for your teeth.
