Instant CalMag-C Fast-Absorbing Calcium & Magnesium for Calm + Better Sleep

This is a high quality product. I chose this product because it offers a correct proportion of calcium versus magnesium, which is very important. It also includes Vitamin C to help the body utilize the minerals. I take Cal-Mag-C before bed to help me sleep.

Have only used this three times but I am really happy to be getting good results.I have FMS and never get a decent nights sleep.All three nights it took me half my normal time to fall asleep. I only woke up once to use the bathroom and went right back to sleep.I woke earlier than normal but I got a good 6 hrs sleep which is unheard of for me.I feel calmer and more relaxed shortly after taking it.This morning I see a noticeable difference in how I feel and its a damp gloomy morning.Not aching nearly as much as I usually do.My vitamin D level is low and I have to start taking a supplement so Im anxious and hopeful to see how I feel when I get my level back up.I boil a cup of water in the microwave with an herbal tea bag in it.Take the tea bag out and add the powder and stir till it fizzes and dissolves then stir in some honey.The taste is no big deal.Prep time 2 mins. to boil the water,30 seconds to stir .NOT time consuming.Nice to have a warm drink shortly before bed too.

This is a very good product to have on hand. It handles muscle cramps in just a few minutes. Sometimes in seconds. I keep it on stand by when ever I got those horrible night ot day cramps, despite my high vitamin diet.

I think this is a great product. It's very high-quality, and the taste is very nice (considering that it's a calcium and magnesium drink!). Even though I have to buy this from the USA, it's well worth it. I recently bought a different CalMag powder locally, and it tasted like chemicals. Horrible. So, I'm happily back to buying this from overseas.

This CalMag is the real deal. I'm a health author and have tested hundreds of health supplements and many CalMag products. Ionic minerals are where it's at when it comes to absorption and efficacy. Mineral supplements in capsule and tablet form pale in comparison. Concentrace liquid is great and I use it every day in my drinking water, but to get a high dose of calcium from Concentrace would be difficult as it tastes awful and loosens the bowels. I've tried other calmag powders that fizz into an ionic form, but they either taste sour, or have high glycemic sweeteners (which spikes insulin--not good) or don't fully dissolve. Sunshine CalMag-C is the best of the lot. It tastes great (with a few drops of flavored or plane stevia liquid) and fully dissolves. It helps my wife and I relax, sleep deeper and recover faster from workouts. I buy most of my vitamins from iHerb, but they don't carry this brand, so Amazon is my go to source for premium CalMag. I have used this product only few days. This does improve the sleep. I do get vivid dreams on the day I use it. It does make sense because, it will magnesium improve the nerve communication. There is residues left when you dissolve in water. Not everybody like to drink, un dissolved substance. This product came with sticker on expiry date. Not sure what that mean. My mother in law used it. She is happy with her sleep improvement, less pain in legs muscles. We will buy one more for her. But still looking for better dissolving powder. We also tried vitamin shoppe product. Compare to that, this is better dissolving in water. Kids like the vitamin shoppe one because it was lemon flavored. But I do not.

Great I got or cold drinks for getting magnesium and C. Brings calm both physically and emotionally. Muscle soreness relief.
