It works on the 3 wire system
This chlorinator has been nothing but trouble. Thank goodness this part fit and works. I see durability is an issue for some. If it craps out Iโll be back but for now itโs the best 19$ Iโve spent in a long time.

Poor Quality
The metal tab on the switch broke after 30 days. There is a reason this is 1/5 the cost of the OEM flow switch. Materials are cheaper. Recommend spending the money and buying the OEM.

Came on time.So far it work great!
Existing chlorine generator has a green forth wire (I think it is for a ground) On the new Flow Switch there are only three wires, no fourth green wire. I terminated it by taped it off . Did I do the right thing?Thanks!FTink

Failed just outside return window
This product is not durable. Failed 1 week outside the return window. Is clearly stated its 3 wire, but just be aware there is no temperature wire sensor (green on Pentair IC40)This is my second failed unit. The first one failed on arrival. I would recommend just buying original replacement. It is good value for money and my last genuine replacement lasted 6 years.I would not repurchase this product, and I cannot recommend it. It did arrive in nice packaging and was undamaged upon arrival.
