Just got these and love them. Not sure about the prior comments for difficult install but my experience was the opposite. Very easy. Everything lined up and had 2 lounges assembled in like 20 min. . . and only a one person job. Super comfortable and look great on the pool shelf. Just the right amount of water depth over the seating area to keep cool. Can't speak to the durability and do have a concern with the hardware being under water but everything tightened down solidly and am going to pull them out of the water onto the deck when not using them so feel pretty good about them lasting a while.

We LOVE our Step2 Pool lounger! It was so easy to assemble and arrived very quickly! We have a smaller sun shelf and the dimensions on the Step2 Lounger are a perfect fit for us! It is very comfortable and much easier to move around than we expected (a plus for us so we can both clean the pool easily). I am worried the screws might rust long term but so far we are loving it!

I was scared to order bc our tanning ledge is 11-12inches and many of these chairs say their are for less water. But i was so excited that they stayed put! They were easy to put together and way cheaper than some of the ones from pool stores. So happy with them!

This pool chair not only provides outstanding comfort and value but also its white color complements any pool beautifully. My only concerned moving forward with this chair is that you have to screw it together in 3 to 4 places and I’m afraid overtime the screws might rust. Also the chair has two components to it the back portion and the base and if those screws loosen overtime it might create a pinpoint at the base of the chair if the screws become loose. Overall the chair has been great and looks good by the poolside.

The way the two pieces are supposed to be held together is absolute crap, terrible. Chair is falling apart day 1

Product met all expectations, so I am very pleased. One small hiccup with the container for sand, it had warped and would not seal. I contacted Step2, was able to speak with a person, how unique, who immediately put in motion the shipping of a replacement container. Outstanding customer service.
