I have replaced ALL my nozzles with Dramm.
I got my first Dramm about five years ago and have slowly outfitted all my hoses with Dramm; a long one, a couple of medium length, and a short one, depending on what I use the hose for. The quality is great, they're very rugged, the thumb switch is amazing, and they never clog or jam.

rotating on-off valve is better than older model
This is a great wand, good choice of settings, and the rotating on-off valve is easier to use and more durable than the squeeze handle these used to come with. The older squeeze handle would not hold itself "on"; and eventually gets leaky; and then catches on something while you are pulling your hose and breaks the handle off.

A definite upgrade from that โotherโ brand
I became increasingly frustrated with the water wand brand that is ubiquitous to the national hardware and big box stores. They are lightweight and leak badly, never lasting more than a season. The aluminum wands are thin, and the molded handles manage to break internally, spraying as much water on you as your plants. I decided to try out the Dramm wand and have been quite impressed so far. It is much more substantial, with a heavier gauge aluminum wand that provides heft. The molded handle is one piece and so far no leaks at all. A minor gripe is that the head indicator is not aligned to the 12:00 position. The arrow sits at about 2:00 for the spray pattern you want to choose, and twisting it further to 12:00 will over compress the gasket. I was otherwise impressed enough by this brand that I quickly bought another, and found the same thing on my second wand. So itโs a design flaw rather than a one off defect. Pretty minor though, and Iโm super happy with the purchase. Time will tell its durability, but Iโm optimistic.

My favorite watering wand!
I love this Dramm wand. We have another one that doesn't have the thumb control and it's hard to go back to using it after using this one. The thumb control makes it easy to throttle back the flow when watering small seedlings or delicate plants. The variable head is nice for picking the pattern that works best for your needs. When our older wand finally quits, I'll replace it with another one like this.

Poor quality control, water flow descriptions do not line up with the appropriate flow
While it will work for my purposes, the water flow descriptions do not line up with the appropriate flow, i.e. the rain setting is a hard single shot, etc. I returned the first one I purchased and got a replacement today. Same problem. The word/water flow alignment is at 5 oโclock so I have to practically turn the wand upside down to see what setting Iโm using. I only figured that out after reading a reviewerโs comment that his descriptions align at 3 oโclock. I used to think this was a quality brand, but I have changed my opinion. I would return it but I am disgusted with the hassle.

Well Made
The Dramm multi pattern water wand is well made and the various spray patterns that head allow you to choose from are useful and effective.

So glad I purchased this wand
I wanted this wand for over a year. I had been using a nice-enough wand from my local hardware store but didn't love the feel and water flow of it. I felt like I would really enjoy the one-handed use of the thumb switch and I DO! It's so much more pleasant to water my garden now! The thumb switch is easy for my small hands to use and very comfortable. I use only about half of the spray types, but the options are very handy for watering gently, filling up buckets/watering cans, and even spraying the pesky squirrels! I haven't had any issues w/ leaking or with the spray nozzle getting clogged. I highly recommend it. I wish I had gotten it sooner.

Leaking and unusable after six months
I bought this wand 6 months ago and it is now basically unusable due to leaking. It worked great until the leaking started but I never expected it to last only six months. I had high hopes for this watering wand but Iโll need to research other brands moving forward.

This wand is gangster AF. It has a lot of reach/pressure if you have it set to shoot a stream. It literally has recoil when you turn it on. The mist is absolutely spot on. As well as the shower function. Ive had a lot of hose attachments, but this one by far is my favourite.
