This worked great for my last trip to Tanzania, it also did great in Dohar. Extremely portable as it’s not more bigger than an IPhone pro max. The unit is easy to set up. Very easy to add data to. It connected quite quickly to local networks. I feel that the cost of the service was reasonable compared to buying time on a local SIM. The unit did get warm when left on for a long time but it never got hot. Of course being in a backpack it got hotter as there was not ventilation. Overall, looking forward to using it on future trips!

This is a great thing for me 4g WiFi with no SIM wherever you are. It does seem to overheat at times. And the signal can be patchy at times but overall I am Very happy

Arrived early. Good customer service on SIMO plan. This thing delivers wifi 6 and 5G. Does all it says on the box. I'll bet you it's more effective than your current broadband, not to mention your mobile device hot-spot. I'm very glad I made this purchase.

An update broke my device, Acer support has done literally nothing for three weeks, and just constantly responds to say that they will get back to me. I am left with a £300 brick. Acer eventually repaired my device... Then delivered it to someone else. They are refusing to compensate me, starting a claim against them.

Avec une connexion illimitée à Internet en Europe, dont la Turquie, Israël, l'Egypte et le Maroc, pour 23 € par mois grâce au service SIMO. Avec un forfait illimité, on bénéficie d'un accès rapide jusqu'à 100 Goctets de données. Puis le débit est limité. Il est possible d'utiliser le service SIMO (carte SIM virtuelle permettant de se connecter aux différents opérateurs d'un pays), ou bien d'insérer sa propre carte SIM physique. Avec le service SIMO, la recherche du meilleur signal à un endroit donné est automatique, mais il est possible de demander à rechercher un nouveau signal. Le signal Wifi est suffisamment puissant pour une bonne partie d'une maison.

La caja ya estaba abierta y la carcasa del router presentaba daños mecánicos: faltaban dos tornillos y la ranura para la tarjeta SIM estaba rota. ¡El dispositivo era completamente inservible!

I am writing this review after a weeks usage. This product delivers what it commits. Product built quality is extremely good. Wifi performance is smooth and delivers 5g on simcard as well virtual simo sim offered by product. Product comes with 20GB free 5g data on virtual sim. I use a personal Jio simcard and I got airtel virtual 5g service through this acer product . Internet speed on both Sims is seamless. Product comes with type C charging port. Battery usage is good and sustains for two days based on usage.
