Good quality, I like them, they look nice. Not sure if sleep any better but definitely helps when watching TV in the evening.

Ok, so these REALLY block blue light. I have been finding my screens far too bright, even with the brightness turned down considerably. I have also been having trouble sleeping. So I thought I would try these. I plan to come back and comment on how it goes in due course. First thing to note is that the really alter the colour so the screen looks really different. Second thing: Our white LED main light bulb now looks almost a slightly orangey yellow colour - without, it's white, and very bright. Ditto the LED street light outside, it's orangey yellow through the glasses. We have a UV fly zapper on the wall and the blue is very very muted indeed through the glasses. Also, we have evening multi coloured fairy lights round the room for ambiance. From a distance you can hardly see the blue. Up closer, you can see the blue bulbs (LED) but they are very much muted in comparison with the red, yellow and green bulbs in the set. So far, the overall verdict is that they do indeed block out blue light! I am hoping they will help my eyes (they have been stinging and watery while doing a lot of screen "staring"). I am also hoping they will help swing my sleep schedule into something a little more reasonable. Unfortunate that late night is the peaceful time to get any admin done on the screens and then, it maybe keeps me awake for longer. I'll update when/if I have anything more of additional use to people. Adding: I just played a silly game I like to wind down with and because there is colour involved in certain aspects, it actually had 2 shades of lighter blue, plus what is usually green, all looking exactly the same within game - had to lift glasses to check which colour was which so I didn't make a mistake. Worthwhile info for serious gamers, possibly?

Put these on and immediately felt like I was going to get a migraine! *edit Since leaving the review the company sent me another pair of glasses with clear lenses which are much better for me. They block blue light but barely effect your perception, which seems to be what I need.

Advertised as next day with Prime. May receive communication email to state delivery delays, but this may not be accurate. Unsure why these issues are apparent. Item was satisfactory and a reasonable price. Communications let the sale down, caused unnecessary issues.

Bought these cos I can’t see with the new white lights on cars. These days the lights gives me headaches & makes my eyes ache. These glasses stop the white lights & turn them orange. I drove for 6 hours from Lincs to Penzance thru the night not a problem. Defo recommend them.

Ça fait plusieurs mois que je m'en sers tous les soirs, sans exception. Je trouve que ça m'aide à dormir mieux. Après, quand on regarde la télé le soir, comme moi, forcément, c'est moins agréable parce qu'on n'a pas les couleurs telles qu'elles ont été conçues par les créateurs des films, des séries ou des jeux vidéo qu'on consomme. Donc, on perd un peu en qualité, ça change un peu la couleur de tout, mais ça permet de mieux dormir. Donc, pour moi, c'est un pari gagnant.

Hace años me operé la miopía y astigmatismo y tuve efectos secundarios, las pantallas y la luz del sol me dan fuertes dolores de cabeza y los ojos se me secan (los primeros años, que iba a pelo con las pantallas, había días que al levantarme se me pegaban los párpados al ojo y me provocaba herida, un asco). Con el tiempo descubrí los protectores de luz azul digamos de software, del propio portátil, y es verdad que ayudan, pero el cambio diferencial fueron unas gafas parecidas a estas. Aún así solía acabar el día con mucho dolor de cabeza, aunque al menos ya podía trabajar sin sufrir demasiado. Las que tenía tenían los cristales más claros, amarillos, y el puente me acababa por molestar bastante. Estas son muy cómodas, y lo mejor es que acabo el día sin dolor de cabeza, prácticamente como antes de operarme (además estéticamente no están mal). Si las compráis, que sepáis que es normal que tarde uno un poco en acostumbrarse, a mi me pasó con las primeras, y por eso con estas lo aguante el primer día y listo. Te mareas un poco, pero en dos o tres horas con ellas trabajando te acostumbras. Desconozco el efecto que tendrán estas gafas en personas con los ojos sanos, pero al menos sí os puedo decir que en mi caso me protegen muy bien los ojos, más que las amarillas, e infinitamente más que las transparentes, que en mi experiencia no sirven para demasiado. P.D.: no os operéis, porque aunque seamos estadísticamente pocos los afectados (o no, a saber), como te toque la china ya es para toda la vida (y el sol es peor todavía, acabas no pisando demasiado la playa, saliendo a correr cuando se pone el sol... cada vez que vas al día siguiente es como estar de resaca, para haceros una idea).

Der Effekt im Alltag ist genial: Das aggressive Displaylicht wird komplett abgemildert, die Augen brennen abends nicht mehr und fühlen sich deutlich entspannter an. Auch das anschließende Einschlafen klappt seit der Nutzung viel besser, da die Melatoninproduktion nicht mehr so stark gestört wird. Das Material wirkt trotz des geringen Gewichts erstaunlich robust und sauber verarbeitet. Die Scharniere laufen flüssig und machen einen langlebigen Eindruck. Ein festes Hardcase-Etui zur sicheren Aufbewahrung im Rucksack wäre als Beigabe noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem i gewesen, aber das mindert die Qualität des Produkts selbst nicht. Für Gamer, Programmierer oder jeden, der spätabends noch am PC oder Smartphone sitzt, eine absolute Bereicherung. Volle 5 von 5 Sternen!

Responsible usage: a miracle. Please be conscientious of time of use. Do not wear them 24/7 as it can disrupt optic nerves, I've learned from experience. Please balance your usage. I would advise wearing them after sunset, and keeping sun-hours to basic aids or less blue-light blocking glasses. Given the importance of red-blue light spectra, moderation is required for best efficacy of this exceptional product for chrono rhythmic hygiene.
