Great quality brand without all the filler BS
Tastes amazing and does help hydrate you. I have a medical condition and related medication required to take for it and it dehydrates the F out of me. My neurologist told me to get an electrolyte and specifically said this brand was great and he even takes it himself. I agree. It tastes great and not super chemical and fake. It mixes well and digests well without upsetting my stomach. Itโs good quality without tons of filler junk and sugar inside. I donโt know about energy level so I canโt say - I have medically low energy level so it doesnโt necessarily help me there but it might help normal other people without a condition. I really like this product. I got my mom on this product after she tried many other high sugar ones in the store with tons of filler. She is obsessed with this brand now too. We both highly recommend this brand. Truly very good.

Great stuff, drink of champions without paying for celebrity endorsements
This stuff is awesome. I use about 1/3 what they suggest, has all the good stuff (electrolytes) without the sugar (Gatorade), yet gives your water a touch of flavor I prefer. Much cheaper than buying individual packets promoted by celebrities, adding millions without any value add. Go to most marathons, this is what they give out. Several NBA players use this stuff in their Gatorade bottles (nice for Gato to pay you for pretending).

Great Electrolyte Powder
Easy to make and tastes great. I prefer the Blue Rasberry flavor but the others are also very nice.
