Bought it for my niece. She loved it!! Always been playing it. Unfortunately bc she is too little and over twisted it and broke it. But nonetheless it’s definitely a wonderful gift to give! Nice and cute and little.

Smooth to touch, nice music length, and beautiful
I adore this little music mushroom! My kids got these for Easter, and they are lovely. The wood is softly turned and sanded; not a single rough or unpolished spot. They twist beautifully, easy for little hands or bigger kids, without the risk of them over-turning it. I was afraid they would snap and break easily, since not every kid gets the cue to stop turning after a while. This mushroom is very intuitive, and requires more effort to turn as you go, just like classic music boxes, while still being a beautiful, neutral musical element in the kids' rooms. The kids play these for long stretches; the music snippet isn't too short, which is nice. Hed's Theme is particularly well tuned and beautiful.The music is a little louder when you place the mushroom on a hard surface vs. holding in your hand, like many musical boxes or toys. I will be keeping these in mind as baby gifts!

Love this, exactly as pictured and described. Among my 18mth old grandsons books 'You are My Sunshine' has been his favourite for quite a few months and just loves me singing it to him ... so this was purchased for him to listen to and a momento for me to remind how much he has loved the book and my really bad singing!!!
